Attention fans of Russian choppers,
Two Mil-8s will be at the Marina Bayfront this weekend Aug 21, 22 for the skydive festival. Flights start from 07:00 hrs. These are rarely seen here.

Must be those 2 from segamat, I saw them there when I flew in and landed there. I took a few photos of them close up and I went into one also. Saw one of them at WSSL recently at charlie bay.

So...is the Orange 'H' next to the drop zone where the helicopters will be parked?
BTW, both helos are Latvian registered.

Haiz...when I first heard of this event, I made up my mind to take part in the tandem parachuting thingy. But later learned that it was 480 plus, felt its not worth it.
