Is this possible? A friend of mine is getting enlisted into NDU but hopes to go OCS. Is it still possible. I haven't heard of cross overs from NDU to OCS..

i don't know about their leadership selection and training process, but surely there must be some NDU officers.

All NSF in NDU are NCOs, some reaching level of Specialist. NDU entry for OCS are for those who sign on as regular.
