The Singapore Army is honoured to host the 19th ASEAN Armies Rifle Meet and the 10th ASEAN Chiefs of Army Multilateral Meeting. The presence and participation of ASEAN Armies in Singapore signifies a strong commitment to the unity, friendship and interaction amongst ASEAN countries. It is the hope that through this friendly competition, ASEAN Armies are able to further the AARM aim of fostering greater understanding and facilitating harmonious co-operation.

I've also posted this ASEAN Armies Rifle Meet thingy in a Malaysian military forum thread as well as other multi-lateral exercises, humanitarian missions, etc & boy, the Malaysian forumers in there were surprised & appreciative with the various defence arrangements SG has with their country & beyond, thus helping to eliminate any past SG-bashing feelings in there..

Those photos atf the range reminds me of the days where we were at th Inter-unit skills at Arm competition.
No duties except the training....just train and train for the competition - all men treated alike regardless of rank.

no photos of the actual competition at the ranges yet...sigh...

Wow, we've a major problem when even the photo of the Singapore COA cannot be taken properly.

He's wearing something that represent Singapore.
