Was Just Thinking.
Some of the Stuff Written in the Forum is of a fairly High Quality.
Information is placed under a Header. But the discussion varies within the scope of the Header.and the Information is in a Chronological order.
It is a waste to see such Good Quality research wasted.
Propose have a Website, to collate the Data, under various heading, Writers will be able to update the data, do some layout, gather the Pictures, so that the Data is in easiy to read format?

Hmm...... Good idea.
I was also thinking, since some members during NSF times may at been seen to train together with foreign troops or have interaction with other countries armed forces. I suggest why not develop a column that specialise in discussing foreign military doctrines, equipment, organisations...... I believe most will be keen to know. :D

Well, all the discussions so far are readily accessible through the archives, up to the day this forum was started. Just have to spend a little bit of effort (its not that much effort, really) to look or to do a search. Personally, I don't see the need to duplicate all the info.
Although, I think I speak for all the moderators when I say that if someone who sees the need for such a website is willing to volunteer to create and maintain such a site, I'll be happy to go along. ;)

Just some not well formed thought yet.
The Website help to collate the various Web-links mentioned in the forum.
Put the subject into the Various Topics, and sub topics, cross linking the subject,
i.e. AH-64 may mention it's Chain Gub, and MBT also mention Chain Gun, the two sub topic can be cross link.
Place the Stuff inside a Wiki, that only writers can access to it, after it has been stable for awhile, say 3 weeks, publish the Article on the Web.
Have A monthly feature Arti, to draw readers to the site, promote the site,
Use Google Adsense to get some loose change support the Web traffic, and loose change for all involved.
